Training Understanding and Payment Agreement 

This Agreement (the “Agreement”), entered into as of the date of signing (the “Effective Date”), is made by and between (YOU hereafter the "Customer”) and (Healing Hair Pty Ltd hereafter the “Provider”) 

Payment Agreement

1. Payment Terms

1.1 Total Amount Due: The Customer agrees to pay the Provider a total amount of $14,000 (the "Total Amount Due"). This agreement is for the remainder of the Healing Hair Practitioner Training 12-Month Payment Plan.

1.2 Payment Plan: Customer agrees to make payments according to the following schedule:

   - Initial Payment: $1000 due from the initial sign-up date 

   - Subsequent Payments: $1084 due monthly for 12 months consecutively after

2. Payment Method

2.1 Method of Payment: Payments will be made via a direct debit payment plan or chosen payment method from the options available


3. No Refunds

3.1 Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Provider will not issue refunds for any payments made under this Agreement, regardless of any changes in circumstances or services rendered.


4. Late Payment Fee

4.1 Late Fee: If any payment is not received within [3] days of the due date, a late payment fee of $100 will be assessed.

4.2 Collection Costs: Customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs and expenses, including attorney fees, incurred by Provider in connection with the collection of overdue payments.


5. Termination

5.1 Termination: Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and suspend services if Customer fails to make any payments as scheduled or breaches any terms of this Agreement.

6. Entire Agreement

6.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the payment terms and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
